CJ is the co-founder of OCEANSIDE RECRUITMENT after a successful career that span over 8 years and finished as a Chief Stewardess. Hannah & CJ provides a recruitment business which delivers a more honest, reliable and personal service resulting in your vessel employing the right individual. CJ is outgoing and knowledgeable within the yachting industry. She has a bubbly personality which works alongside her professional approach, ensuring she will find the best crew member for your vessel. |

Hannah, Co-Founder of OCEANSIDE RECRUITMENT, has 10 years of experience working within the yachting industry, 7 of which as chief stewardess. Throughout her career Hannah has developed a passion for the hiring, development, and retention of crew. She understands that having a successful pairing between crew and yacht is much more than just having the right qualifications and that is what she wants to deliver through Oceanside Recruitment. |
