Head Of Service Job DescriptionThe head of service responsibility is to ensure the owner and guest receive the highest possible service and experience on board. This role usually exists on larger vessels, working directly under the chief stew. A role of head of service includes running a high-level of guest service, planning the direction of each meal on board, managing a team of stews that are on service, providing drinks service whenever drinks are required, table settings for guest meals, plan themed parties and assisting in interior when needed.
